- Example of Weed Free Certificate of Inspection
Once the forage/site has been inspected, a form, similar to this, will be issued by NMSU Seed Certification. The certificate is good for one year and must be renewed on an annual basis.
- Example of Weed Free Transit Certificate
Once the forage/site has been inspected and a Certificate of Inspection, (like the one above) has been issued, a Transit Certificate will also be issued. This Certificate can accompany the product to its final destination and informs the Consignee that the product is certified by NMSU Seed Certification as a weed free product. If more than one Transit Certificate is needed, additional ones will be issued.
